Distribution, warehouses and services
The Industrial Estate is a mixture of buildings and businesses. With in excess of 100 people employed, the Estate is well suited to transport/warehouse activities with the benefits of modern hi-tec design and manufacturing companies amongst the tenants.
The same family has owned and run the Estate since 1957, during which time they have operated, and continue to do so, their own warehousing and manufacturing interests. This provides an unusual level of understanding and ability to assess and assist with a tenants requirements.
Temperature and environmentally controlled facilities
Other tenants on site are able to provide specialised services:
- Ambient bulk and item storage, transport and distribution-national and international
- Deep frozen bulk storage and distribution (landlord's own facility)
- High precision machine tool designers and manufacturers
- Wholesale and retail frozen food sales and distribution
The above companies all deal with both UK and overseas markets. This mix of companies ensures the landlord has a good understanding of tenants' needs and that most local 'service' companies know of and service the Estate.
